Woman Sentenced

An Oregon woman was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, June 13, Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney announced in a press release:

•Heather M. Minor, 30; originally indicted Dec. 21, 2015, on two counts, theft, one count, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; pled guilty in April to one misdemeanor count of theft and one felony count of theft; on May 31 and June 2, 2015, she stole cell phones; sentenced to 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, 175 days suspended, credit for five days served; placed on one year community control; ordered to pay $1,745 in restitution, stay out of barstaverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, be successfully discharged from treatment at the Zepf Center. Failure to comply could result in 180 days at CCNO, and seven months in prison, to be served concurrently.
