A Maumee woman entered a guilty plea Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court to a bill of information charging her with a felony crime.
Under a bill of information, the defendant agrees to be prosecuted, and the prosecuting attorney can bypass the usual grand jury procedure.
Sentenced:
•Amber L. Phillips, 24; bill of information filed in court records Oct. 28; pled guilty same day to one count, tampering with records; on or about Sept. 3, 2013, to June 15, 2014, Phillips tampered with records; sentenced to four years community control; pay $14,704.17 in restitution; ordered to maintain gainful employment; failure to comply could result in a six-month prison sentence.
