A warrant was issued by Western District Court for Tori Leigh Knicley, 26, who is identified as homeless by Archbold police.
The warrant charges her with criminal trespassing, which resulted from a Friday, July 23 incident.
Police were dispatched to the East Garden Apartments about 7:20 pm. After police searched the area, dispatch advised them of the name of the subject they were seeking.
Knicley and a relative were located, and Knicley advised she wanted to go to a hospital. Archbold Rescue arrived, and the report states she left with the rescue squad of her own free will.
The report notes Knicley had been served with a notrespassing order by the apartment complex manager.
The criminal trespassing charge was filed with Western District Court, Friday, July 30.
