Katelynn M. Jones, 23, Wauseon, was arrested in Archbold by Archbold police in connection with warrants from Williams County Common Pleas Court and Fulton County Western District Court.
The Archbold police report states an officer received information from the Williams County Sheriff Office at 4:46 pm, Thursday, Nov. 30, stating there was a felony warrant for her arrest from Williams County.
Fulton County sheriff dispatchers confirmed a misdemeanor warrant from Fulton County had been issued.
The officer said Jones was found a short time later at an apartment building at 100 Bankey Avenue. She was arrested and taken to the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio without incident.
Jones faces a three-count indictment in Williams County charging her with breaking and entering, theft, and aggravated possession of drugs.
The indictment was originally filed Sept. 20. After her arrest in Archbold, an initial appearance by video was held in Williams County Common Pleas Court. A $25,000 bond was established, with no 10% posting allowed.
Her next appearance in Williams County is tomorrow, Thursday.
In Fulton County, a case of driving without a license was filed in June 2016. Jones entered a guilty plea, which was recorded in court records on Oct. 25. She was fined $200, $88 in costs, and ordered to complete 30 hours of community service.
After failing to appear in Western District Court a warrant was issued, with a $5,000 cash bond. She appeared via video and a second hearing was set for February 28, 2018.
As of midnight, Monday morning, Dec. 11, she was being held at CCNO.
