Wauseon Man Sentenced

A man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court Monday, Jan. 7:

J. Cirilo Reyes II, 19, rural Wauseon; entered guilty pleas on Oct. 23, 2012, to one count each, grand theft of a motor vehicle, tampering with evidence, and aggravated traffi cking in drugs; on March 18-19, 2012, stole an all-terrain vehicle, painted it a different color, and drove it through a planted field; on May 18, 2012, sold the drug Psilocyn to an undercover law enforcement officer; sentenced to three years community control; ordered to complete SEARCH program, seek and maintain employment, have no contact with co-defendant and the victims, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, abide by a 10 pm to 6 am curfew, and make $2,600 restitution to the victims of the ATV theft and law enforcement for the drug purchase; failure to comply could result in a 30-month prison sentence.
