A trailer valued at $1,450, owned by the village of Archbold, was stolen.
The Archbold police report states the trailer, with fold-up ramps, was stolen from the water department building at 700 North Street sometime between 11:24 am, Saturday, Nov. 25, and 7:45 am, Monday, Nov. 27.
The report states the trailer was new, with no unique identifying marks.
Police are investigating.
In a second theft report, Rachel S. Schelling, 73, 56 Hawthorn Dr., said on Tuesday, Nov. 28, that two chain saws were taken from her address sometime between noon and 11:59 pm, Oct. 31.
An investigating is pending.
