Vehicles Collide On 20A

David A. Luginbuhl, 49, Archbold, was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, following a two-vehicle collision on US20A about 3:51 pm Wednesday, April 30.

The Fulton County Sheriff Department crash report states Luginbuhl was driving a car east on US20A, followed a truck driven by Don L. Hall, 55, with passenger Terry Lee Stull, Montpelier. Hall stopped, to go north on Co. Rd. 26-2. The two vehicles collided.

Sophia Rodriguez, 40, Wauseon, was cited for failure to control after a crash on Co. Rd. D about 4:40 am Friday, May 2.

She was driving east on Co. Rd. D, with passengers Silvester Rodriguez IV, 19, rural Archbold, when the vehicle went out of control near the “slant” Norfolk Southern railroad crossing, about four-tenths of a mile east of Co. Rd. 21.

Her vehicle went down the embankment, and stuck in the

mud, the FCSD report said.

Phillip J. Dennie, Napoleon, was driving a pickup truck west on Co. Rd. C about 6:16 am Tuesday, May 6, when the truck collided with a deer, a tenth of a mile west of Co. Rd. 21.
