No one was injured as the result of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Co. Rds. 23 & L about 1:25 pm, Friday, April 22, a Fulton County sheriff report states.
The report said a car, driven by Filiberto Zamudio Morquecho, 26, Morenci, Mich., was traveling south on Co. Rd. 23.
A pickup, driven by William Sum, 75, Jamestown, Pa., was traveling west on Co. Rd. L, and failed to yield the right-of-way at Co. Rd. 23 stop sign. They collided.
Sum received a citation for failure to yield the rightof way from a stop sign. Zamudio Morquecho was cited for driving while license suspended. No injuries.
An Ohio State Highway Patrol report said Jody A. Riley, 39, West Unity, was uninjured after she was involved in a single-car crash on Co. Rd. G about 500 feet west of Co. Rd 26 about 7:26 am the same day.
The report states Riley was driving a car west on Co. Rd. G when she went out of control. She crossed the centerline, drove off the left, or south, side of the road, and struck a mailbox and a ditch. The report said the pavement was wet at the time.
Riley received a citation for operating a motor vehicle without reasonable control.
