Jodi L. Nofziger, 42, rural German Township, was taken to the Fulton County Health Center following a two-vehicle crash about 3:34 pm, Saturday, Sept. 28.
The Fulton County Sheriff Department report on the crash states Nofziger was traveling south on Co. Rd. 19, while a pickup truck, driven by Jeremy B. Aschemeier, 28, Bryan with passenger Wade S. Schnitkey, 28, rural Archbold, was traveling east on Co. Rd. H.
The report states the Aschemeier vehicle failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection, and the two vehicles collided. The report indicates the Nofziger vehicle rolled over following the crash.
Paramedic unit ALS-1, based at Archbold, transported Nofziger to FCHC, where she was treated and released.
Aschemeier was cited for disobeying a stop sign.
