Two persons were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, Nov. 28:
•Penni L. Miller, 41, Wauseon; indicted June 17 on one count each, theft of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs; entered guilty plea to one count, theft of drugs; on or about Dec. 30, 2016, she stole Oxycodone; sentenced to four days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, placed on two years community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs and court-appointed attorney fees, complete counseling at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, not to enter bars/taverns. Failure to abide by condition could result in 10-month prison sentence.
•Cody A. Craley, 18, Delta; indicted Aug. 21 on one count each, grand theft of a motor vehicle, theft; entered guilty plea to grand theft of a motor vehicles; on or about July 3, stole a truck; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, have no contact with victim, stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, obtain general education diploma (GED), complete SEARCH program and aftercare, abide by 11 pm to 6 am curfew. Failure to comply could result in 14-month prison sentence.
