Two men were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Thursday, Feb. 1:
•Patrick T. Reaster, 29, Wauseon; indicted March 20, 2017, on one count, aggravated burglary; entered guilty plea to one amended count, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present; on Feb. 12, 2017, trespassed in a home and caused physical harm to the occupant; sentenced to 90 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio with work release, 90 days of alcohol monitoring upon release from CCNO; placed on three years community control; ordered to have no contact with victim, pay $100 restitution, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, abide by 11 pm-6 am curfew, be assessed by Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio, complete all recommendations and aftercare, complete 20 sessions of “On Track” program. Failure to comply could result in 17-month prison sentence.
•Aaron Zimmerman, 26, Swanton, indicted May 15, 2017, on one count, possession of cocaine; entered guilty plea; on April 14, 2017, possessed cocaine; sentenced to eight days at CCNO, credit for time served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, $500 fine, abide by 11 pm-6 am curfew, complete his General Education Diploma (GED), be assessed for drug treatment, complete recommendations and aftercare. Failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.
