Two Sentenced April 20

Scott A. Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said in a press release two persons were sentenced Friday, April 20, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Jason Googe, 24, Toledo; previously pled guilty to attempted failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer; on Oct. 4, 2011, attempted to flee from police; sentenced to four years community control; pay prosecution costs, complete SEARCH program, seek and maintain employment, stay out of barstaverns; ordered to neither consume or possess alcohol, abide by 10 pm to 6 am curfew; failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.

•Sandy Isham, 47, Swanton; previously pled guilty to identity fraud; from May 23 2008 to Aug. 18, 2011, used personal identifying information of a Toledo woman without consent; sentenced to 15 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for three days served, placed on community control for two years, ordered to pay prosecution costs and attorney fees; have no contact with victim or victim’s family; failure to comply could result in 10-month prison sentence.
