Two Sentenced

Two men were sentenced Thursday, Oct. 14, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Mark A. Estel, 21, rural Wauseon: pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and receiving stolen property; between May 28 and June 3, broke into a Wauseon factory; a torch, generator, and tools reported stolen from the factory were found in his possession; placed on community control for three years; 14-month prison sentence reserved; sentenced to serve 24 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; ordered to pay $50 per month supervision fee, cost of prosecution; ordered to have no contact with co-defendants, the Wauseon factory, or a second company, or their employees, receive drug assessment and counseling, seek and maintain employment, make restitution, observe an 11 pm to 6 am curfew, stay out of bars and taverns.

•Brad L. Nagel, 30, rural Swanton; pleaded guilty to two counts negligent assault; on April 21, was involved in an accident causing physical harm to two people; sentenced to one year community control, ordered to serve 10 days at CCNO, work release granted; pay $500 fine, cost of prosecution; ordered to seek and maintain employment, stay out of bars and taverns, possess no alcohol; failure to comply could result in 35- day jail sentence.
