A Toledo man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court Tuesday, July 18, on a drug-related charge:
•Clawzelle Wiggins, also known as Clawselle Wiggins, 28; indicted Monday, May 15, on one count, possession of cocaine; pled guilty; possessed cocaine on Oct. 26, 2016; sentenced to two days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on one year community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, not to possess or consume alcohol or any illegal drugs, complete drug treatment at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio. Failure to comply could result in an eightmonth prison sentence.
A man from Tulsa, Okla., was sentenced in connection with identity fraud in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Friday, July 21:
•Samuel Garell, 32; indicted June 19 on one count, identity fraud; previously pled guilty; on May 30, purposefully used another’s personal identifying information as his own; sentenced to 53 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for time served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution. Failure to comply will result in 11-month prison sentence.
