Two women were sentenced Wednesday, April 27, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court :
•Alexia Vielma, 20, Wauseon; originally indicted Dec. 21, 2015, on one count each, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia; entered guilty plea to aggravated possession of drugs; on or about Oct. 23, 2015, was in possession of Oxycodone, a prescription painkiller; sentenced to two days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on one year community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, $500 fine, be assessed by drug-alcohol agency, comply with treatment, complete drug-alcohol counseling if recommended, seek and maintain employment; driver license suspended for six months, occupational and treatment privileges granted. Failure to comply could result in a six-month prison term.
•Ada Shaver, 42, Delta; originally indicted Jan. 11 on one count, possession of heroin; possessed heroin on Jan 25, 2015; pled guilty in March; sentenced to 45 days at CCNO, complete medication-assisted drug-treatment program at CCNO, comply with aftercare; placed on two years community control, fined $250; ordered to stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol or illegal substances, abide by 11 pm to 6 am curfew; driver license for six months, occupational, treatment, probation appointment driving privileges granted. Failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.
