Two Sentenced




Two persons were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Wednesday, July 2:

•Kayla A. Bates, 25, Bryan; pled guilty to possession of heroin; possessed heroin on or about March 11; sentenced to 15 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for time served; placed on one year of community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, not to enter bars or taverns, complete outpatient drugs treatment, seek and maintain employment; driver license suspended for six months, concurrent with one-year suspension imposed by Eastern District Court, occupational driving privileges granted; failure to abide by conditions could result in six-month prison sentence.

•Richard Roth, 23, Toledo, previously pled guilty to trafficking in marijuana; on or about Dec. 13, 2013, and Jan. 14, 2014, sold or offered to sell marijuana; sentenced to 44 days at CCNO, credit for time served; ordered to seek and maintain employment, complete outpatient drug treatment, pay $2,400 restitution to the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force (MAN Unit), pay a $1,000 fine, not enter bars or taverns, not consume or possess alcohol, abide by 10 pm-6 am curfew; driver license suspended for six months, occupational driving privileges granted.
