Two Sentenced

Two persons were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, July 19.

•Frederick Allen, Jr., 24, address unknown; sentenced to 18 months in prison as a result of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer; on March 10, during a vehicle pursuit, Allen failed to stop the vehicle he was driving after being signaled to do so by a police officer; his operation of the vehicle caused substantial risk of harm to persons or property.

•Ashley Huntzinger, 19, Toledo; pled guilty to attempted permitting drug abuse; on March 8, during a traffic stop, it was discovered she attempted to permit drug abuse from her vehicle; sentenced to three days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on one year community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, plus a $250 fine, be assessed by drug-alcohol counseling agency; driver license suspended for six months, occupational, educational, counseling, religious services privileges granted.
