Two Sentenced




Two persons were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Joshua Vance, 27, Metamora, previously pled guilty to possession of marijuana and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; on May 11, 2011, while executing a search warrant at his home, law enforcement officers found marijuana; on August 14, 2011, operated an amphibious vehicle without owner’s consent; sentenced Tuesday, May 22, to 120 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, all but 9 days suspended; placed on one year community control; fined $250, ordered to pay cost of prosecution, stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess alcohol, have no contact with victim, complete drug-alcohol treatment; driver license suspended for six months, occupational, treatment, and worship driving privileges granted; failure to comply could result in eight-month prison sentence.

•Lisa M. Perry, 28, Delta; previously pled guilty to grand theft and possession of heroin; between Aug. 1 and Oct. 18, 2011, stole cash from her parents; during a search of her residence, officers found drug paraphernalia which tested positive for heroin; sentenced to the Ohio Reformatory for Women, Marysville, for one year; driver license suspended for one year.
