Incidents involving menacing were recently reported to Archbold police.
Police were called to Bil- Jax, Inc., about 7:45 am, Thursday, May 24. A company official said an employee, who was, at that moment, an ex-employee, had made threats, and left the premises
Police located the person walking along St. Rt. 66 south of the Fulton-Henry County line.
The police report states officers interviewed the subject, who denied making “serious threats.”
Officers informed him he was no longer employed at the firm, and that any contact with the company was to be made through the mail.
The person stated he understood, and said he was sorry for the trouble he caused.
A Henry County Sheriff deputy arrived on scene, and transported the man to Defi- ance County.
In an unrelated case, police are investigating a report of threats made on Saturday, May 19, at about 4:45 pm, at McDonald’s.
Tammy Williams, 36, Wauseon, said a person known to her had made a menacing threat as she was entering her workplace.
