Two men were sentenced Monday, Oct. 3, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
Zachary Massie, 21, Delta; previously pled guilty to escape; on Aug. 6, 2010, while Massie knew he was being detained, he broke detention; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, $250 fine; ordered to abide by 10 pm to 6 am curfew, stay out of bars or taverns, ordered not to possess alcohol; ordered to seek and maintain employment or remain in school, complete SEARCH program, ordered not to enter Swanton supermarket; failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.
Scott Struffolino, 39, Walbridge; pled guilty to forgery; on June 3, forged a receipt for diesel fuel at a Delta truck stop; sentenced to 10 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on two years community control; ordered to have no contact with truck stop or employees, stay out of bars or taverns, possess no alcohol, ordered to seek and maintain employment, make restitution of $250.04 to truck stop; failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.
