Two men were sentenced recently in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:
•Scott Rodgers, 43, Adrian, Mich.; indicted Aug. 20, 2018, on one count each, theft, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; entered guilty plea; was sentenced Thursday, Jan. 3, on one count, theft; between March 17-May 5, 2018, stole electronics from a Wauseon discount store. Sentenced to 12 months in prison, ordered to pay cost of prosecution plus $2,377.45 in restitution.
•Bradley Duden, 44, Wauseon; indicted Aug. 20, 2018, on two counts, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; entered guilty plea Oct. 16, 2018, to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; on Aug. 2, 2018, operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; sentenced Friday, Jan. 4, to 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for 159 days served; driver license suspended for five years; placed on community control for three years; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, $1,350 fine, stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol or be in a home or vehicle where alcohol is present, complete treatment at The Renewal Center plus aftercare; complete mental health assessment. Failure to comply could result in 12- month prison sentence.
