Two Men Sentenced



A Delta man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on a burglary charge on Monday, May 2:

•Timothy Printke II, 21; originally indicted Jan. 11 on one count, burglary, and two counts, theft; entered guilty plea in March; on May 6, 2015, entered a home with the purpose to commit a criminal offense; sentenced to three years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, have no contact with the victim, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol or illegal substances, seek and maintain employment, complete SEARCH program. Failure to comply could result in 24-month prison sentence.

A Metamora man appeared in Fulton County Common Pleas Court for sentencing, Wednesday, May 4:

•Michael A. Miller, 20; originally indicted Jan. 12, 2015, on two counts each, corrupting another with drugs, contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child, and one count each, trafficking in marijuana, sexual battery, rape, criminal damaging or endangering, and failure to appear; entered guilty plea in March to one count each, attempted corrupting another with drugs, sexual battery, failure to appear, menacing by stalking; on or about Sept. 9, 2014, attempted to furnish marijuana to a juvenile, engaged in sexual conduct with a person knowing that person was substantially impaired; failed to appear for a pre-trial conference Dec. 29, 2014; on Aug. 21, 2014, engaged in a pattern of conduct that caused a minor to believe Miller would cause physical harm or mental distress to that person; sentenced to 58 months in prison on attempted corrupting another with drugs, sexual battery, failure to appear charges, to be served consecutively with 10-month prison term imposed on menacing by stalking charge, total sentence, 68 months; ordered to pay fees, cost of prosecution; found to be a Tier III sex offender, required to register and verify address, including in-person verification every 90 days, with the sheriff of all counties in which he resides for the rest of his life.
