A Wauseon man was sentenced on a drug-related charge in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Thursday, April 7:
•Eric Colter, 46; indicted July 20, 2015, on one count, trafficking in marijuana; guilty plea entered October 2015; on or about Oct. 17, 2014, offered to sell or sold marijuana; sentenced to two days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on three years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, not to consume or possess alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, not to enter bars or taverns, obtain a general education diploma (GED), be assessed for drug-alcohol treatment, submit to random drug testing, seek and maintain employment; driver license suspended for six months, occupational driving privileges grant- ed. Failure to comply could result in 10-month prison sentence.
A Lyons man was sentenced to a prison term in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, April 5:
•Shawn D. O’Leary, 30; indicted Jan. 11 on one count, possession of heroin; entered guilty plea in April; on March 19, 2015, was in possession of heroin; sentenced to 10 months in prison; ordered to pay fees, cost of prosecution, attorney fees; driver license suspended for six months; as of last week, O’Leary was being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, where he has been incarcerated since his Feb. 1 arrest.
