Two men were injured when two pickups collided at the intersection of Co. Rd. 21 and Co. Rd. B about 7:29 am, Monday, July 26.
The Fulton County Sheriff Department report on the crash states the pickup, driven by Jason Daniel Lieb, 46, Defiance, was traveling north on Co. Rd. 21. The second pickup, driven by Ryan M. Boulton, 37, Pettisville, was traveling west on Co. Rd. B.
The report states Lieb failed to stop for the stop sign at Co. Rd. B, and they collided.
Lieb was taken by Archbold Rescue to Fulton County Health Center, where he was treated and released. Boulton was transported by ALS-1, the Archbold-based paramedic unit, to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.
The same day, there was a single-vehicle crash on Co. Rd. 24, about a half-mile south of Co. Rd. E.
The FCSD report on that crash states at about 11:41 pm, a car driven by Ashley Elizabeth Rivas, 26, Montpelier, was traveling north on Co. Rd. 24, when Rivas said she swerved to miss a deer in the roadway.
The vehicle crossed the centerline, went off the road, then came to rest in a ditch on the west side of the road.
The report states Rivas received a possible injury; she was taken to Fulton County Health Center by private vehicle.
Three children were in the car. Aiden Wyatt Coleman, 5, William Andrew Browning III, 3, and Weston Alexander Browning, 2, all of the same address as Rivas, were all in child safety seats.
They were not injured, the report states.
