Two men and one woman were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:
•Ashley Shaffer, 23, Lyons; previously pled guilty to two counts of breaking and entering; June 27-28, 2012, broke into a rural Lyons restaurant and stole cash; on July 5-6, 2012, broke into the same restaurant and stole food; sentenced to 11 months in prison.
•Jacob Sloan, 20, Wauseon; pled guilty to breaking and entering; on Feb. 11, broke into a barn on Co. Rd. 10-2 and stole a generator; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, make restitution, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, seek and maintain employment, not to enter a Fulton County pawn shop, and complete the SEARCH program; failure to comply could lead to 11 months in prison.
•Alec Spears, 20, Toledo; previously pled guilty to theft; between Aug. 15 to Sept. 1, 2012, while working as a gas station attendant in Swanton, stole cash and cigarettes; sentenced to three days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for three days served, one year community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, make restitution of $4,735.50, stay out of Swanton supermarket; failure to comply could lead to 10 months in prison.
