Three Sentenced Nov. 5

Sentences were handed down against three persons in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, Nov. 5:

Kimberly Baun, 45, rural Delta; previously found guilty of identity fraud; between July 25, 2011 and Aug. 5, 2011, she used the identity of a Delta woman to obtain a credit card; ordered to serve 10 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, placed on community control for one year; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, $250 fine, have no contact with victim, obtain a general education diploma (GED); failure to abide by conditions could result in an eight-month prison sentence.

•Jason J. Contreras, 39, Lyons; previously pled guilty to trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 23, sold or offered to sell marijuana; sentenced to 10 days at CCNO, placed on one year community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, $40 in restitution to the Fulton County Sheriff Department, not to consume or possess alcoholic beverages, not to enter bars or taverns, provide proof of high school graduation or obtain a GED; be assessed by a drug-alcohol agency, and comply with treatment; abide by an 11 pm to 6 am curfew; driver license suspended for six months, driving privileges granted; failure to abide by conditions could result in ninemonth prison sentence.

•Matthew Piloseno, 21, Swanton; convicted of attempted domestic violence; on Aug. 13, attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member; sentenced to six months in prison.
