Three Sentenced



Sentences were handed down in Fulton County Common Pleas Court recently against three persons convicted of crimes.

•Corbley Duke, 46, Toledo; pled guilty to breaking and entering; on May 6, broke into a Delta trucking company facility; sentenced to seven months in prison.

•Logan Raymon, 18, rural Wauseon; previously pled guilty to trafficking in marijuana, pled guilty to theft from an elderly person or disabled adult; between Sept. 19 and Oct. 3, 2011, sold or offered to sell marijuana; on March 9, stole $2,450 from a Wauseon man; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, make restitution, abide by 10 pm to 6 am curfew, stay out of bars-taverns, not possess alcohol, complete treatment, seek and maintain employment; driver license suspended for six months; vehicle forfeited; failure to comply could result in 27 months in prison.

•Nicholas Swartz, 22, Maumee; previously pled guilty to receiving stolen property; on March 5, was in possession of a stolen vehicle; sentenced to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, make restitution, stay out of bars-taverns, not possess alcohol, complete treatment, abide by 10 pm to 6 am curfew; failure to comply could result in 17 months in prison.
