Three Sentenced



A Wauseon man was sentenced on two charges in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, July 11:

•David Eash, 49; originally indicted May 15, 2017, on four counts, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, one count, failure to stop after an accident; pled guilty to one count each, failure to stop after an accident, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; on May 6, while operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, he failed to immediately stop after he collided with another car; sentenced to 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio for failure to stop, and one year in prison for driving under the influence; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, $1,350 fine, participate in alcohol and drug addiction program, follow treatment recommendations, have restricted license plates, ignition interlock on vehicle; was assessed six points on his driver license; driver license suspended for four years.

A Toledo woman was sentenced on Wednesday, July 12, on a theft charge in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Jensine Deanda, 30; indicted Feb. 13 on one count each, theft from a person in a protected class, theft, forgery; convicted of one count, theft from a person in a protected class; on or about Dec. 13, 2016, stole cash from an elderly person; sentenced to two days at CCNO; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, $348 in restitution, provide verification of a high school degree or obtain a general education diploma, maintain gainful employment, complete theft education course, complete treatment at Zepf Center and a minimum of three 12-step programs for the first six months. Failure to abide by conditions could result in a seven-month prison sentence.

A Delta man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Friday, July 14, to spend 60 days at CCNO in connection with a DUI case:

•Matthew Wolfrum, 41; originally indicted May 13 on one count each, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; pled guilty to one count, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; operated his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on April 21; sentenced to 60 days at CCNO; placed on two years, community control; fined $1,350; ordered to stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, complete alcohol treatment program; driver license suspended for three years. Failure to comply could result in 12-month prison sentence.
