Three persons were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:
•Brittany J. Long, 19, Wauseon; previously pled guilty to burglary; on or about Aug. 4, 2011, knowingly trespassed in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense; sentenced Monday, Feb. 6 to six days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution and counsel fees; not to consume or possess alcoholic beverages; stay out of bars and-or taverns; complete outpatient treatment through Serenity Haven; have no contact with the victim or co-defendant; abide by 10 pm to 6 am curfew; failure to abide by conditions could result in 12-month prison sentence.
•Charles Souders, 39, Romulus, Mich., pled guilty to 11 counts of breaking and entering; from Nov. 9, 2010, to Jan. 23, 2011, trespassed in several unoccupied structures, mainly detached garages, in the Metamora, Lyons, Swanton, and Wauseon areas, to commit theft offenses; sentenced to four years in prison; to be returned to Michigan, where he is serving a three-to-10 year sentence for breaking and entering.
•Ryan Smith, 30, rural Liberty Center; pled guilty to attempted theft; on Oct. 18, 2011, attempted to steal a trailer carrying a skid-steer loader and a cold planer that were parked along Co. Rd. 13; sentenced Thursday, Feb. 9, to six days at CCNO; placed on two years community control; ordered to forfeit 1992- model truck to State of Ohio.
