A Weston man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:
•Drake Johnson, 22; indicted Aug. 21, 2017, on a single count of theft; entered guilty plea; on April 12, 2017, he stole jewelry; sentenced to 22 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for two days served; placed on three years community control; ordered to have no contact with victim, stay out of barstaverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, abide by 11 pm-6 am curfew, complete Cognitive Behavior Program through the court, be assessed for drug and alcohol treatment, complete all recommendations and aftercare. Failure to comply could result in 10-month prison sentence.
Two men were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Friday, Feb. 9:
•James Morse, Jr., 19, Wauseon; indicted July 7, 2017, on one count, burglary; entered guilty plea; on Sept. 23, 2016, attempted to trespass in an occupied structure with purpose to commit a criminal offense; sentenced to two days at CCNO, credit for days served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, $1,290 restitution to victim, obtain a general education diploma (GED), have no contact with victim, stay out of barstaverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, complete Cognitive Behavior Therapy Program through the court. Failure to comply could result in 12- month prison sentence.
•Michael Lebo III, 21, Beloit; indicted Sept. 18, 2017, on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; entered guilty plea to same charge; on or about Aug. 24, 2017, possessed a dangerous drug; sentenced to seven days at CCNO, credit for time served; placed on one year community control, fined $250; ordered to pay cost of prosecution and court-appointed attorney fees, be assessed by drugalcohol treatment facility, complete treatment, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, not to enter bars and-or taverns. Failure to comply could result in six-month prison sentence.
