Three Men Sentenced

Three men were sentenced recently in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Joshua Henry, 28, Delta; pled guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs; on May 29, he sold Psilocyn, a psychedelic drug of abuse; sentenced Oct. 22 to three years community control; ordered to pay prosecution costs, attorney fees, $150 restitution to Fulton County Sheriff Department, stay out of bars-taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, seek and maintain employment, obtain a general education diploma (GED), complete the SEARCH program; driver license suspended for three years, certain driving privileges granted; failure to comply could result in 18- month prison sentence.

•Davy Swartz, 36, rural Wauseon; convicted of attempted failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer; on April 27, attempted to flee law enforcement after receiving a visible or audible signal to bring his vehicle to a stop; sentenced Oct. 22 to 12 months in prison, driver license suspended for three years.

•Robert L. Wilson, 59, Toledo; pled guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; between July 22 and 28, used a motor vehicle belonging to a Swanton woman, keeping it for more than 48 hours; sentenced to two years non-reportable probation; ordered to pay prosecution costs, obtain a valid driver license, maintain his current rural Swanton address, and turn himself over to Toledo Municipal Court within 10 days on unrelated charges; failure to comply could result in 180-day jail sentence.
