Three Men, One Woman Sentenced




Four persons were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Ross E. Zeadker, 22, Wauseon; previously pled no contest to assault; caused physical harm to a Wauseon man May 23, 2009; sentenced Sept. 21 to two years community control, ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, $350 fine, consume or possess no alcohol, seek and maintain employment, have no contact with Todd Malosh, Nathan Jewell, or the victim, commit no criminal offenses other than traffic violations; failure to abide by conditions could result in 120 day jail sentence.

•Jeremiah W. Hampton, 22, Wauseon; previously pled guilty to theft; between May 15 and Oct. 7, 2009, stole cash from a Swanton resident; sentenced on Sept. 24 to serve 10 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay a $50 supervision fee, cost of prosecution, restitution of $32; ordered to write a letter of apology to the victim; failure to abide by conditions could result in a seven-month prison sentence.

•Michael Johnson, 45, Swanton; previously pled guilty to theft; stole a check from a Swanton business on April 13; sentenced on Sept. 22 to 10 months in prison; ordered to pay restitution, cost of prosecution, court-appointed counsel costs, plus fees.

•Crystal A. Crandall, 25, Napoleon; previously pled guilty to identity fraud; on March 10, purposely used personal identifying information of another person to hold herself out to be that other person; sentenced Sept. 22 to 11 months in prison; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed counsel costs, plus fees.
