Three Archbold residents were among those indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury.
Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said in a press release the grand jury met on Monday, July 15. Indictments were returned against 10 persons, including the three Archbold residents.
Archbold residents indicted:
•Frank S. Covarrubias, 34; indicted on two counts, trafficking in cocaine; allegedly on or about May 9 and 17, sold or offered to sell cocaine; on one occasion, allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine in the vicinity of a juvenile.
•Donald E. Pierce, 31; indicted on two counts of theft; on or about March 23 to May 7, allegedly stole cash totaling $1,000 to $7,500.
•Laure M. Centers-Apt, 39; indicted on one count each, tampering with records and theft; on or about April 1, 2012 to Aug. 10, 2012, allegedly stole unemployment benefits valued between $1,000 and $7,500; allegedly tampered with records belonging to a government entity.
•Alexander T. Thomas, 20, Swanton; indicted on one count each, breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle; on or about June 4-13, allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure and stole a motor vehicle.
•Samantha E. Brockway, 29, Adrian, Mich.; indicted on ten counts, nonsupport of dependents; on or about Nov. 1, 2010 to April 29, 2013, allegedly failed to pay child support totaling $4,841.20.
•Tamera M. Greene, 30, Wauseon; indicted on one count, domestic violence; on or about June 30, allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
•Timothy E. Muir, 49, Delta; indicted on one count, theft; on or about May 23, allegedly stole an electronic monitoring unit valued at $1,000 to $7,500.
•Johnny R. Ramos, 52, Wauseon; indicted on two counts, trafficking in marijuana; on or about May 5 and May 16, allegedly sold or offered to sell marijuana.
•Tiffany E. Hall, 39, Wauseon; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about July 9, allegedly possessed cocaine.
•Thomas M. Flathers, 51, Wauseon; indicted on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about July 9, allegedly possessed cocaine.
