Threats-Harassment Cases Reported

Information about two cases of threats and-or harassment were released by Archbold police recently.

The first incident occurred between 10-11 pm, Friday, March 15 at Sanoh America.

Norma J. Mason, 49, Defiance, said she received text messages telling her a subject was going to come to her place of employment and harm her. Mason said she also reported the incident to Defiance police.

An Archbold officer was on the lookout for a suspect vehicle.

Two juveniles told police Tuesday, March 26, that between 7:30-8 pm, they were playing outside in Ruihley Park near the Archbold Scout Cabin, during the free time of a scout meeting.

On two occasions, an elderly man with a white dog was taking their pictures with a cell phone and yelled at them, scaring them.

An officer searched the area, but could not locate the suspect.

Both cases are marked closed.
