A late Sunday afternoon, July 1 storm blew through the Archbold area, causing damage to buildings and bringing down numerous trees.
The German Township garage at the corner of St. Rts. 66 & 2 and Co. Rd. E was severely damaged. The roof was removed from approximately half of the building.
A barn was also blown apart at the corner of Co. Rds. E & 25.
As of 7:20 pm, no injuries had been reported due to the storm.
