Stolen Items Total More Than $400





Three theft reports indicate cash and property valued at more than $400 were reported stolen last week.

A report filed with Archbold police, Friday, Aug. 7, states Fern Mikesell, 77, Wauseon, had a wallet stolen while she was at the Archbold Adult Day Health Care Center. It was lat- er found, but $239 in currency was missing.

The theft occurred sometime between 9:45 am and 3:30 pm, Wednesday, Aug. 5.

Emma Toms, Archbold Villas, reported that a handheld video game plus three game cartridges were stolen from her home. The items, valued at $100, belong to her grandson, Michael Poucher, 13, who lives with her.

The theft occurred sometime between 4:30 pm, July 28, and 3:40 pm, Aug. 3.

Chris Shafer, 307 Buckeye Street, told police a satellite radio receiver was stolen from a car sometime between 1 pm, Monday, Aug. 3, and 7:30 the following morning.

Shafer said she parked her car in the driveway at 1 pm Monday, leaving the auto unlocked. When her husband got in the car the next morning the receiver, valued at $100, was gone.
