While winter doesn’t technically start until Sunday, Dec. 21, those who peeked out their windows Sunday morning, Nov. 16, certainly thought winter had arrived. The Archbold Wastewater Treatment Plant recorded a half-inch of snow for the 24-hour period ending at 8 am that morning.
