Six Sentenced



Six persons were recently sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court:

•Emily A. Haddad, 27, Swanton; indicted March 19 on two counts, possession of heroin, one count, tampering with evidence; entered guilty plea to one count, possession of heroin; on May 19, 2017, Haddad possessed heroin; sentenced Monday, Aug. 6, to three years of community control; ordered to pay the cost of prosecution, courtappointed attorney fees, complete drug treatment program at Serenity Haven, follow aftercare recommendations, be successfully discharged from Drug Court program, be assessed for medication-assisted treatment, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, not to enter bars/taverns, comply with 11 pm-6 am curfew, maintain full-time employment. Vehicle forfeited to Fulton County. Failure to abide by conditions could result in 11-month prison sentence.

•Victor McCullough, 45, Delta; indicted March 19 on one count, possession of heroin; entered guilty plea May 30; possessed heroin on April 3, 2017; sentenced Tuesday, Aug. 7, to 66 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for days served; placed on three years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, complete Drug Court program, stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol. Failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.

•William C. Hisle, 28, Bryan; indicted on Feb. 12 on one count, possession of heroin; entered guilty plea May 18; on or about May 25, 2017, Hisle possessed heroin; sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 8, to two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, complete search program and aftercare, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs in home or vehicle, comply with 11 pm- 6 am curfew, earn general education diploma. Failure to comply could result in 11-month prison sentence.

•Christopher A. Miller, 27, Bowling Green; indicted Nov. 20, 2017, on one count each, theft from a person in a protected class, identity fraud against a person in a protected class; entered guilty plea June 5 to theft from a person in a protected class; on Aug. 24, 2017, he did, with purpose to deprive the owner of property or services, knowingly obtain or exert control over said property without consent of the owner, and the victim was an elderly person; sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 8, to 30 days at CCNO, credit for two days served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, $1,095.13 restitution within one year, have no contact with victim, stay out of bars/taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, complete cognitive behavioral treatment. Failure to comply could result in an 11-month prison sentence.

•Veleria Robbins, 42, Toledo; indicted May 15, 2017, on one count, theft of drugs; pled guilty May 18 to one count, attempted theft of drugs; on May 2, 2017, she attempted to steal Oxycontin, a prescription painkiller; sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 8, to 16 days at CCNO, credit for three days served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, be assessed for drug-alcohol treatment, complete treatment and aftercare, earn GED, have no contact with victim, not to work in home healthcare. Failure to comply could result in an 11-month prison sentence.

•Devon A. Harris, 23, Wauseon; indicted March 19 on one count, aggravated burglary; entered guilty plea May 17 to one count, complicity to commit burglary; on or about March 13, aided or abetted another who trespassed in an occupied structure when another person was present and inflicted or attempted to inflict physical harm on that person; sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 8, to three years in prison; ordered to pay fees, court-appointed attorney fees, cost of prosecution.
