A Fayette man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday, May 17, on drug trafficking charges:
•Dale Heller, 31; one of 19 indicted on Aug. 17, 2015, after an 18- month drug investigation conducted by Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force (MAN Unit); indicted on three counts, trafficking in drugs; one count, permitting drug abuse; entered guilty plea in March to three counts, aggravated trafficking in drugs; on March 19, April 10, and July 8, 2014, sold amphetamine; sentenced to 21 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, $350 restitution to MAN Unit, $250 fine, be assessed for drug-alcohol treatment, complete recommendations, stay out of bars-taverns, not to possess or consume alcohol, obtain his General Education Diploma (GED; driver license suspended for six months, occupational, probation and treatment privileges granted. Failure to comply could result in 17-month prison sentence.
A Toledo woman was sentenced Tuesday, May 17,in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on a drug-related charge:
•Annette Shufelt, 43; originally indicted Jan. 11 on one count, possession of cocaine; guilty plea entered in court records on one count, possession of cocaine; on or about Nov. 4, 2015, Shufelt possessed cocaine; sentenced to five days at CCNO; placed on one year of community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, attorney fees, $250 fine, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, not to enter bars-taverns, be assessed by reputable drug-alcohol agency and complete drug-alcohol treatment; driver license suspended for six months, medical and treatment driving privileges granted. Failure to abide by conditions could result in six-month prison sentence.
