An Illinois man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Tuesday, Oct. 24, on a drug-related charge:
•Mariano Aguilar, also known as Mariana Aguilar-Garcia, 26, Kewanee, Ill.; indicted July 17 on one count, aggravated possession of drugs; entered guilty plea to charge; on or about July 1, possessed a controlled substance; sentenced to 24 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, credit for time served; placed on two years community control; ordered to pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, be assessed by a drug-alcohol treatment facility and complete recommended treatment, not to consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs, not to enter bars-taverns. Failure to abide by conditions could result in an 11-month prison sentence.
