Two semis were involved in separate traffic mishaps on Friday, July 20, reports on file with the Fulton County Sheriff Department state.
At about 10:51 am that day, Kenneth D. Jones, 46, Blackfoot, Idaho, was driving a semi owned by Cameron Family Trucking, LLC, of the same city.
As the truck was traveling eastbound on US20A, Jones attempted to make a right turn onto Co. Rd. G. In doing so, the trailer cut the corner too sharply, and struck road signs. No injury.
A semi driven by Michael Marangos, 35, Toronto, Ont., was traveling south on St. Rt. 66, at about 3:50 am, and missed the curve about fourtenths of a mile south of Co. Rd. L, south of the unincorporated community of Zone.
The truck went off the left side of the road, struck two signs, jackknifed, and came to rest on private property. No injury.
