Liam Row, 15, Fort Wayne, Ind., and formerly of Archbold, and a member of Archbold Boy Scout Troop 63, received the Eagle Scout award.
The top award in scouting was conferred upon him in a ceremony, Wednesday, Dec. 27, at St. Peter Catholic Church.
To earn Eagle Scout, Row was required to earn a minimum of 21 merit badges, work his way through the six ranks of scouting, serve as a troop leader, and complete a major community service project.
For his project, Row worked with Archbold Parks & Recreation to install a stretching station in Woodland Park.
To complete the project he worked with a team of adults and fellow scouts to complete the project.
Row joined Archbold Cub Scout Pack 263 in 2009, then was a member of Troop 63 for five years.
During that time, he was an assistant patrol leader, patrol leader, assistant senior patrol leader, and senior patrol leader.
Row is a freshman at Bishop Dwenger High School, Fort Wayne.
