Roth Gets Prison Term

Justin J. Roth, 34, rural Archbold, has been sentenced to 17 months in prison in connection with a drug charge.

Roth was originally indicted on April 17 by a Fulton County Grand Jury on single counts of possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs, and trafficking in heroin.

He entered guilty pleas to the possession of heroin and aggravated possession charges.

Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said in a press release, “on or about March 26, Mr. Roth possessed heroin and methamphetamine.

Roth was also ordered to pay the cost of his prosecution.
