Martin Schmidt, Archbold police chief, said APD officers, working in conjunction with the Multi- Area Narcotics Task Force (MAN unit), have arrested Justin J. Roth, 30, Archbold.
Roth was indicted by a Fulton County Grand Jury, Monday, Aug. 19, on a single count of illegal manufacture of drugs.
The indictment stems from the discovery of the remnants of a clandestine methamphetamine lab in an Archbold neighborhood home Friday, July 5.
He was arrested at a private residence on Co. Rd. 24 in Henry County about midnight, Thursday, Aug. 29. Schmidt said Roth did not resist.
He was booked into the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. He was still being held as of late Monday afternoon.
Scott Haselman, Fulton County prosecuting attorney, said Roth is to appear in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, today, Wednesday, at 9 am.
