A dedication ceremony was held Tuesday, Aug. 21, for the picnic shelter house that the Archbold Rotary Club built in Woodland Park. The shelter was named in honor of Charles Lugbill, the only remaining charter member of the club. Working with the club were several non-Rotarians.
