Ronda Jean Doehrmann, 52, of Bellefontaine, passed away from melanoma, Friday, May 11, 2012 in her home.
Ronda was born on Feb. 2, 1960 in Wauseon, the youngest daughter of the late Donald and Fern (Stuckey) Wyse.
She is survived by her husband, Noel “Tony” Doehrmann, whom she married on May 19, 1979 in Archbold. Also surviving are three children, Brady (Barry) Hoylman of Pettisville, Jacob (Kasey) Doehrmann of Archbold, and Eli Doehrmann of Fayette; two grandchildren, Macy and Kobe Hoylman of Pettisville; a brother, Ross (Karen) Wyse of Archbold; and a sister, Roxanne (Neal) Kauffman of Joliet, Ill.
Ronda is preceded in death by her brother, Byron.
Ronda lived and worked in the Archbold area at The Home Restaurant, Sauder Woodworking and later stayed home raising her children.
Her love for people equipped her to care for the children of others in her home and later to assist the elderly in their homes.
In 2006 she moved with her husband to Hesston, Kan., where she worked at a child care facility.
In 2008, they moved to Bellefontaine, where they began serving at Jubilee Mennonite Church.
Ronda was a former member at Lockport Mennonite Church in Stryker and a covenant member of Jubilee Mennonite Church in Bellefontaine.
Pastor John Thomas will officiate at a 10:30 am funeral service today, Wednesday, May 16, at the Jubilee Mennonite Church, 169 CR 32 North, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.
An additional memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, May 20, 2012, at the Lockport Mennonite Church in Stryker, with a visitation two hours prior. Burial will follow in the Lockport Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health Hospice or the Jubilee Mennonite Church.
