Report Vandalism Cases


Two cases of vandalism were reported to police so far in September.

A truck driver for Panther II Transportation, Fort Smith, Ark., told police on Sunday, Sept. 3, he went to pick up a loaded semi trailer at a Sauder Woodworking facility on East Lugbill Road, he found a running light and the license plate had been spray-painted black.

It is not known where the damage occurred, as the driver said the trailer had been taken all over the country since he dropped it off a few weeks ago.

A report was requested by officials of the company. Case closed.

Eddie A. Santiago, 65, Archbold, told police on Sept. 1, that his motorcycle had been vandalized.

Police contacted a suspect in the case, who denied tampering with the motorcycle. Case closed.
