Okra, Tomato & Corn



1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1.2 cup diced cooked ham (optional)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 package (10 ounces) frozen
okra, thawed and cut into 1.2-
inch-thick slices
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup thawed frozen or drained
canned whole-kernel corn
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Pinch of sugar

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until starting to brown.

Add ham and garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until okra is tender.

Serve, if desired, with grilled steak marinated in Steak & Chop Marinade With Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper.
