Purse Taken From Auto

Karen S. Kott, Chamberlain, S.D., reported her purse, containing cash and credit card, was stolen from her auto some- time between 6:30 pm and 11:15 pm, Monday, June 16.

Kott told Police she was visiting in Archbold, and parked her car at the end of Jane Court about 6:30 pm. She told officers she left her purse in the vehicle and locked it, but left one window open about an inch. Upon returning at 11:15 pm, the purse was gone.

The purse was valued at $50. Also missing were a credit card, a purple billfold valued at $25, and $245 in cash.
