Prosecution Declined In Alleged Theft

Officials in the Fulton County prosecutor office have declined to prosecute an alleged theft that occurred between noon, Saturday, March 31, and noon Sunday, April 1.

Joseph Soto, 22, 402 South Defiance St., Apartment B, told officers an acquaintance was in the apartment when he was not there. Items valued at $110 were missing.

The report states, “Due to both parties being on the lease, the matter is civil.”
